By using Capsub you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Capsub on your Apple devices for creating and exporting captioned videos.
You are responsible for the videos you caption and must have the rights to them. You retain all ownership of your content. Don't use the app for unlawful content.
Capsub offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions and/or a one-time purchase that unlock Pro features (such as cloud transcription). Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, or overload the service, including the cloud transcription endpoint.
Captions are generated automatically and may contain errors; review them before publishing. The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
